Hi. This is an urgent request !

I have 2 HP 1055CM and when I launch jobs with multiples copies(Ex.: 25 copies), even I put the cutter "ON" onto the plotters AND it is setup to "ON" into Postershop, it does NOT cut after each plot, I end up with a 75 foot roll of maps instead of 25 cut maps. and I do have to roll it first and then do the cutting manually.

Please It is urgent ! WE are printing 24 hrs a day and we are behind.

I'm not sure about the 1055 series but on the designjet printers the same thing happens. The only work around I've found is to send the print 25 times rather than as 25 copies
