Aloquin Park and surrounding areas are great time for fall color photography. The Hwy 60 corridor inside Algonquin park is lined with numerous lakes. There are several resorts inside Algonquin, including Arrowhon Pine, Kilnary Lodge are also fine spots. Further south, the town of Minden has a fire tower on top of a hill great for fall colors.

Fall color at Haliburton usually is about one to two weeks later than Algonquin, more variety of color; there is a popular look out point on top of a Hill. Along Hwy 36 corridor there are great number of pristine lakes. Magnificient fall colors in Ontario !
