I am looking for information on passenger and freight equipment built by Billmeyer and Smalls of York PA.for any narrow gauge line and the Eureka and Palisade Railroad specifically.

Greg, There was an article on the B&S company in MILEPOST magazine, the mag of the Friends of the RR Museum of PA. It was a few issues ago and authored by rail historian John D. Denny, Jr. Perhaps if you contact them, they can get you a copy. I don't have their e-mail address ahndy but check the museum website. Their snailmail address is: P.O.
