Your message sounds like a desperate cry for help. No one can do tell you what to do, we can just tell you where to go. I know you're scared and humiliated, but remember your safety. If there is a violent episode going on GET OUT! Call the police, go to a family or friends house that you trust. You do not know if the next time the violence occurs could be the time he murders you.

What you said is very breif, but your boyfriend obviously has some problems going on.

If there is no one around that you can talk to, no place to go, call the local women's shelter and tell them what is going on and they will come pick you up WHEREVER you are. There are people out there who can help.

I am sorry that I have to go, I just logged on by chance tonight, but remember... there are people who care about you in the community. You were resourceful enough to find this web-site, pick up the phone and find some help.

Michelle, I would advise you to get out while you can. I met my husband at 17 im 26 now. Ive left him several times because of abuse both physical and emotional. Dont end up like me. Dont give up.
