Does Video CD has NTSC or PAL problem like VHS?

Yes, Video CDs from Hong Kong are mostly PAL formats while Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, and Singapore are NTSC. Most VCD players are auto sensing and switching so you won't know the difference. US DVD players are not so PAL problems occur. Most Asian and European DVD playres have the PAL/NTSC swtich built into them, and in some parts of Asia, the DVD player is also regionless.
