There are a number of programs you can use. Here are three which can all be found on the net.

1. MyFlix (trial version at download.com) 2. iFilmEdit 1.4 (trial version at download.com) 3. VCDgear using the dat2mpg option (DOS based)

Remember, if you want to make a VCD using an mpg created from a dat file with CD creator 3.5 deluxe, you need another encoder like Xing Encoder (only one I found that could do the trick) Hope this helps, Mike
