I adopted a stray cat when he was a few months old. It has been 2 years that he spent his time with us, but still he doens't seems to like physical contact with us. It doesn't like sitting on laps too. What's wrong? Is it the way we handle him or is it just his character? The only way that I can be close to him is to play with him. He enjoys playing with string-like object. He would at times prey on the drawstring shorts that I am wearing. He's cute but I just want to know how I can be closer to him. Any clues?
