Thanks for the link Deborah. I'm always interested in what ComEd is doing. CILCO which serves southern Illinois and St. Louis, along with Union Electric one of our local utilities, said last year that they will separate from the gride they share with Chicago's ComEd if it appears that the grid might be at risk. This statement did not set well with ComEd, as you can imagine. But from what I read in an earlier article about Chicago's utilities, they are definitely at risk. It will be interesting to see how the test goes.
