I received the following information... it might be of use for people who can take GO transit in case of a TTC strike.

In the event of a TTC strike, UofT has arranged shuttle buses between Union Station and Medical Science Building.

They will leave every half hour from both locations, beginning at 6:30 am to 7 pm.
