the observatory has been..."deactivated" for now, and i'm not sure what is going to happen with it, either short or long term (since i'm not the maintainer and all). there are other moorish orthodox resources on the web, however, not the least of which is the Moorish Science Reading Room (http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Woods/4623); also the AIGH text archive has some informative texts (http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Delphi/2705). hakim bey-heads might try the nice collection at the Hermetic Library (http://www.hermetic.com/bey/index.html).
